Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy (LLUSP) Department of Pharmacy Practice is seeking forward-thinking applicants with a commitment to excellence and innovation in teaching, practice, and research to join our faculty. There is an open full-time, 12-month faculty position at the ranks of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Individuals with interest in an Acute Care/Critical Care position are encouraged to apply.
Establishing/partnering in an acute care practice site and providing clinical services, precepting APPE/IPPE students, mentoring pharmacy residents/students, and engaging in clinical research. Teaching responsibilities include course coordination, developing and implementing effective didactic lectures and active learning engagement. Service activities include contributing to committees within the school and at the university multidisciplinary level.
• Terminal degree (e.g., PharmD)
• Current California Registered Pharmacist Licensure (or eligibility for California licensure)
• Completion of a PGY1 residency program
• Completion of PGY2 residency and/or fellowship programs preferred or equivalent experience
• Professional board certification in a specialty or other credentialing preferred
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

LLUSP was established in 2002 and recently celebrated its 750th graduate at the 2017 commencement ceremony. LLUSP is located in the Inland Empire of Southern California along with seven other schools on the Loma Linda University (LLU) campus.
