Under supervision of the Chief of the Division, and Campus Operations Manager, the Assistant serves as liaison for the Division of Immunology's Faculty, Fellows and Staff. Major duties include general operations, financial support (Reconciling financial transactions, forms preparation, all aspects of purchasing, honorariums and donor funds) general office and facilities management, and personnel administration. Additional responsibilities include preparing clinical schedules and facilitating changes with faculty, nursing staff, and call center. Maintain accurate records and documentation in support of all purchases. Processes low-value purchase orders, high value requisitions and other types of purchases as required. Utilizing KFS financial system to submit Travel/Entertainment/Meeting reimbursements, processing transactions related to business expenses, and purchasing and maintaining inventory of office supplies for the Division.
