Ascension Seton, in conjunction with the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy, is offering four PGY1 Pharmacy Residency positions. Ascension Seton is a 12 hospital network in Austin and the surrounding area. The primary base for the residency program is Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas (a large, tertiary care, academic institution and Level I trauma center). Residents also have the opportunity to complete rotations at four of our community hospitals, and our free-standing, pediatric hospital. After completing the orientation month, residents are required to complete two rotations in Internal Medicine (one in each the academic and community hospital settings) and one rotation in each of the following: Adult Critical Care, Adult Infectious Diseases, Practice Management, and a Pediatric rotation. Additional rotations are available as electives.
