Summary of Duties: In support to the Associate Vice President for Campaign Operations, this position serves as the liaison for both internal and external constituents concerning matters pertaining to a variety of departmental issues, on complex, sensitive and confidential issues. Coordinate and administer personnel and payroll program for WSU Foundation. Establish work priorities to ensure HRS and payroll deadlines are met and coordinate program functions. Programs include recruitment and appointments, on-boarding, position control, payroll management and leave reporting. Independently provide informed advice and problem solving; establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met. Serve as liaison for WSU Foundation with HRS, Payroll, and department staff served and with other WSU departments.
Required Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in business administration or other relevant field and four (4) years of progressively responsible management work experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
