We are seeking an Executive Pastor of Operations to lead The Heights Church. This position provides leadership and oversight to finances, facilities, and operations, and serves on a 4-person Executive Team (along with the Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor of Groups, and Teaching Pastor). We desire for this position to be filled with someone who has not only a high skill level in the operational aspects of running a church, but also has a pastoral heart for the gospel ministry. Candidates need to have 5+ years experience in church operations/finance at a church with at least an average attendance of 1000. An accounting/finance background is strongly desired, and a seminary degree is preferred (but not required).
