Under the supervision of the Access Services Manager, and overseen by the Head of Collection Services and Head of Public Services as appropriate. Incumbent is responsible for all functions at the Law Library Service Desk. Coordinates the opening and closing of the Law Library as needed. Assists Public Services and Collection Services Department with statistical reports and analysis. Creates printed and electronic materials, in a variety of styles and formats, for patron and staff use. Assists Collection Services with receiving and processing functions, and general collection maintenance. Provides ongoing assistance for Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery (ILL/DD) services. Oversees special projects for the Law Library as needed. Work schedule is subject to change based on staffing needs and library hours of operation.
