The Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center invites applications for full or part-time faculty positions in academic general internal medicine (GIM)/primary care. We are seeking candidates to serve as clinician educators in our growing clinical and teaching programs. Responsibilities include: care for a personal panel of patients in our university faculty practice, supervising patient care in ambulatory and hospital settings, and teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
The position requires an M.D. degree or equivalent from an approved LCME medical school and satisfactory completion of an Internal Medicine residency program from an ACGME accredited program. Academic rank will be commensurate with level of experience. Candidates must be eligible for a Texas medical license and be board certified in Internal Medicine.
