We provide a humanistic approach to design; viewing our work as a form of community building. Led by owner Mark Steele and the managing principals, Steve Miles and Michael Paluso, our 15 person firm has successfully completed hundreds of projects within the private and public sector spanning across disciplines - retail, hospitality, residential, planning and civic. Since our inception, we have positioned ourselves as a fully integrated practice, with planning and architecture expertise. This integration provides our firm with a depth of “real world” understanding. We know what it takes to build what we plan, and conversely, we know how what we build affect s the urban environment.
Our focus is on building strong relationships. This, along with our sensitivity to the planning and design of urban environments, has resulted in the proven success of our projects. To realize this vision, we have centered ourselves around the communities our buildings serve. We cultivated a team of talented architects, certified planners, urban designers, and interior designers that align with our firm’s philosophy that the most powerful and enduring concept we’ve built is community.
