The CDRC is hiring for a temporary staff position. The position requires excellent people skills, as it will entail attending community meetings (many in the evening) and communicating with the public. The candidate will also be expected to work along side the team to develop maps, demographic analysis, and other research as it pertains to our community planning and design work; this requires excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Census data, GIS, and other data sources.
The candidate will also be summarizing planning efforts and public responses which requires excellent writing skills, organization, and precision. Additional tasks may include grant writing, graphic design, and other skills, The candidate should be able to work well in a team setting. Please note the position will require some Saturday and evening work.
