The Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (OEOD) is responsible for coordinating the University's compliance with equal opportunity laws and policies as well as whistleblower policies. The Senior Investigator performs complaint resolution of whistleblower complaints and formal and informal complaints of discrimination, harassment, sexual violence and retaliation. The Senior Investigator conducts extensive research on state and federal laws regarding discrimination and equal opportunity laws and regulations and develops and implements training programs and workshops designed to educate the University community about compliance, sexual violence, discrimination and harassment prevention and response. The Senior Investigator represents OEOD in various university meetings as a subject matter expert.
