The mission of the Information Technology Group (ITG) is to develop, implement and maintain technology-based services and solutions enabling OHSU to effectively manage information to accomplish its missions.
Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) is a leading academic health center that strives for excellence in patient care, education, research and community service. Extending Epic to all OHSU locations of care and to selected OHSU Partners is a key component of OHSU\u2019s strategy to provide services across the continuum of care and to partner with others to improve patient experience, clinical quality and safety, and cost effectiveness. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager on our Community Connect Team.
The technical account manager is the primary point of contact between Mid-Columbia Medical Center (MCMC) and OHSU. The successful candidate will:
Build and maintain effective relationships within and between the organizations, communicating promptly and widely to all affected stakeholders.
Understand MCMC strategic initiatives, organizational goals, and IT requirements.
Create as-needed written recommendations to management to improve IT services at MCMC.
Identify opportunities to leverage common approaches to problems across organizations.
Advocate on behalf of MCMC and OHSU, educating both organizations on their respective strategies and limitations.
Manage resources to deliver timely and successful completion of projects and resolution of issues.
