This position provides maintenance services to OHSU Research and Academic University buildings and equipment, specifically on the lighting, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and stream systems.
Working conditions: Work in extreme weather conditions. Work in confined, cramped locations. Climb up and down stairs. Climb A frame ladders up to 16 feet and extension ladders up to 40 feet. Work from scaffolding and elevated platforms. Follow all OHSU required safety procedures during operation and maintenance of building systems. Utilize appropriate personal protection equipment as needed and required. Occasional mandatory call back work and/or overtime. Will at some point, rotate through PM crew.
