Under the direction of the Director of Advancement Operations, the Advancement Coordinator will oversee administrative responsibility, organization, coordination and management of all matters pertaining to the Advancement office. Incumbent primarily reports to the Director of Advancement Operations, and in this capacity will independently manage and prioritize the flow of information, communications, scheduling, demands on staff time and resources from constituents and stakeholders within and without of the University; in particular, major prospects, donors, visitors, Dean's Advisory Board members, faculty, alumni, corporate and student leaders and the external business community generally. Incumbent must develop and sustain working relationships with the unit heads and administrative support across the Merage School, Alumni Relations, Advancement, External Relations and the school's Centers of Excellence to facilitate the evolution of the Dean's strategic external relations and advancement initiatives.
