The Printing Services Manager, under direction, coordinates production for Printing Services for the Center for Instructional Innovation & Technology Services. Organizes and implements a production work schedule for processing requests, maintains job log for assigned projects, and provides direction and support during scheduled interruptions to accommodate last minute requests.
This position is grant-funded. Continued employment is contingent on the renewal of grant funds.
Organizes and implements a production work schedule for processing requests, maintains job log for assigned projects and provides direction and support during scheduled interruptions to accommodate last minute requests.
Ensures expenses are within budget limits and projects are completed within specified time.
Implements departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures.
Prepares work schedules and assigns specific duties or tasks.
Holds production meetings with CIITS staff to assess current work flow.
Reviews activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity achievements.
Determines areas needing cost reduction and assess productivity for measures of improvement.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in applicable field
Five years of related experience in print shop operations including at least two years of related supervisory experience.
