Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management, the Director is responsible for managing the Office of Admission and has operational oversight for recruitment and admission for the new domestic student population. The Director provides strategic, innovative leadership, developing enrollment goals aligned with the revenue objectives and student success initiatives of the college.
The position supports all five strategic goals: By attracting and selecting the best mission-fit and highest quality applicants who will thrive in the Seaver learning environment, paying special attention to increasing diverse and faith heritage populations, the Director manages enrollment activities in a way that sets clear expectations for incoming students regarding the value of distinctive Seaver academic and co-curricular campus experiences and the return on tuition investment for alumni.
Manage professional staff and administrative staff of 16 individuals
Oversee the recruitment, admission, marketing, and communications effort for each incoming undergraduate class
Meet with prospective Seaver College students
Host recruitment events (on and off campus) for prospective students
Manage the operating budget
Serve on various University committees
Uphold the University mission through work performed
Other duties as assigned

Required: Masters degree required; Five years progressively responsible experience in college admission office; Proven management and supervisory skills; strong written and oral communication; budget management; ability to make analytical, data-driven decisions; MS Office Suite; G Suite; Salesforce and PeopleSoft end-user familiarity required.
Preferred: Graduate degree in Education, Higher Education, Business, or related field strongly preferred; More than five years of progressively responsible experience in a highly selective college admission office preferred; Collaborative leadership style; familiarity with Seaver College, strong knowledge of the field of higher education; statistical analysis ability preferred.
