Position Description: Under the direction of the Assistant Director for Finance and Operations, serve as the Executive Assistant to the Director, perform administrative duties, organizational analysis as well as coordinating projects related to publications and marketing. Coordinate the Director's activities and ensure effective and timely completion of work to support the overall operations of the Career Center.
Oversee the operations of both the front desks and the student operations and events team. Interpret and analyze information and report outcomes relevant to specific operations and programs. Provide logistical leadership and support for Center-wide activities, including annual Career Week, executive-level meetings, conferences, workshops, and other programs.
The Executive Assistant provides support to the Career Center Leadership Team, and assisting other members of the team with travel and other processes as needed and approved by supervisor.
