The position is a core member of the OHSU Enterprise Project Management Office and will be assigned to strategic initiative project delivery teams. The incumbent will be responsible for providing excellent internal customer service and reliable follow-through in the role of Sr Systems Applications Analyst. The incumbent is expected to perform the duties below with minimal guidance and supervision.
Primary responsibilities: (1) document detailed business requirements by conducting interviews/facilitating meetings; (2) define system feature set requests, use cases, stories and obtain sign off on requirements documentation; (3) work with project teams and operational teams to design optimized process solutions, (4) lead system quality assurance (QA) testing and user acceptance (UA) sign-off process, (5) provide end user support, as needed.
