A Day in the Life:
As our Customer Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for all residents. You will be an active member of the Alliance Residential Company team by learning Alliance Residential policy and acquiring skills. Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude and to have initiative to learn from the Business Manager all skills needed to renew leases.
What You ll Do:
Consistently stand and greet all future residents and effectively direct traffic
Maintain a warm and inviting environment in the resident waiting area
Answer all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate Associate
Set and maintain appointments for office Associates
Provide light administrative support to office Associates
Promote a professional and courteous attitude with residents and peers
All interaction with residents and future residents
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all resident issues, including final resolution
Utilizes software to maintain accurate resident concerns, complaints or inquiries
Implement a professional and courteous attitude throughout all property operations
Promptly attend to resident complaints and/or comments
Maintain the voicemail system for all Leasing Consultants
Respond to all phone calls within 24 hours and letters within 72 hours
Flexibility to cover other properties as needed and as directed by Business Manager
What You ll Need to Succeed:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience in high level customer service background
Computer Skills: Word, Excel etc.
