We are looking for a self-driven, efficient and friendly Client Service Associate (CSA). Our CSA plays a critical role in enhancing the client experience by providing exceptional service and handling clients’ needs in an accurate, timely and professional manner. While ensuring client expectations are met—or exceeded—the CSA assists with account establishment and maintenance paperwork, transactions and various client inquiries. This position is best suited for an individual looking for a long-term career in Client Service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist clients through the investment management onboarding process
Complete transactions, transfers and rollovers
Handle account maintenance paperwork and correspondence with clients and business affiliates
Handle client-related requests and account service inquiries
Interface with custodians (TD Ameritrade and outside custodians) on behalf of clients and Advisors
Assist Advisors with preparing client reports and other client-related tasks
Work with other CSAs to improve client processes
Occasionally provide support to Administrative Assistant
Education and skills:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a finance/business-related major) required
One year of Client Service work in related field preferred
Previous experience in CRM database a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong ability to provide high-level authentic and compassionate service to clients
Telephone communication skills a must
