Qualifications REQUIRED -Experience providing customer service -Highly developed customer service skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) -Experience using word processing, spreadsheets, calendaring, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint -Experience with high volume customer service (interpersonal, via email, and by telephone) with diverse a workforce -Experience with data entry and retrieval -Skills establishing workload priorities to meet deadlines and the ability to work on a variety of detail-oriented tasks with frequent interruptions -Skills disseminating information and providing assistance for the appropriate target audience in person, by phone, and in writing -Knowledge of or ability to learn to use complex learning management system data entry, data modification, repot generation and statistical querying -Demonstrated problem solving skills to anticipate and identify issues, evaluate issues, analyze trends and propose actions. -Demonstrated initiative and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as an effective member of a high performing team -Ability to research and analyze information on promotional events and programs -Ability to learn, communicate, and apply policies, procedures and standards related to the Training & Development program and the UC Learning Management System

Responsibilities This position provides front desk customer service and support for UCDH Talent Management and Development's Training & Development office. In addition to providing customer support and service, this position will act as a key role in helping to manage the day to day office support for Training & Development, as well as the main contact for two of UCDH most valued programs, the Staff Tuition Education Program (STEP) and Student Externships. This position will also act as the Learning Management System (LMS) coordinator (Creating course codes, uploading or set up courses, and crediting attendance) which requires great attention to detail, high analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
