Baylor Scott & White Health is recruiting a BC or BE Neurologist to join our practice in Buda (Austin area), located at the gateway to the Texas Hill Country and 20 minutes south of downtown Austin.
The Neurologist will provide direct patient care for a wide variety of neurological disorders primarily in an outpatient setting, with some inpatient responsibilities.
The selected individual will join as the first neurologist to work in this specialty clinic, alongside a team of primary care physicians and other specialists.
The work schedule will be Monday-Friday in support of the clinic business hours. Weekend call responsibilities will be shared with a regional call team on a 1:3 rotation, with acute stroke being covered by a tele-stroke team that supports the region.
This is an employed position with a competitive salary, productivity bonus, moving allowance, a comprehensive benefits package and no state income tax.

Opening in 2019, Buda will be the newest member of our System's growing, statewide network. Baylor Scott and White Medical Center-Buda, operated as part of Baylor Scott and White Medical Center-Round Rock, is a member of our Austin/Round Rock region of hospitals and clinics, and will include primary care and an integrated multi-specialty clinic. Hays County is one of the fastest growing U.S. counties.
