Description This position provides administrative support to two individual basic science departments (the Department of Cell Biology and Human Anatomy and the Department of Physiology and Membrane Biology) within the School of Medicine physically located in Tupper Hall on the Davis Campus.

Qualifications REQUIRED -Experience with Accounts Payable and Purchasing. -Recent and extensive experience in processing a high volume of orders, invoices, and credit card transactions. -Excellent customer service skills. -Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. -Experience using available resources to complete work. -Ability to identify potential conflicts and problems, and to propose possible solutions. -Must have excellent communication skills. -Ability to independently coordinate a variety of tasks and functions; work around frequent interruptions; organize own workload and set changing priorities. -Experience using PC's and Mac computers required. -Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word required.
PREFERRED -Experience using Kuali preferred. -Knowledge of University Policy and Procedures relating to purchasing, travel, entertainment, transfers of expense, and invoicing, preferred.
