 Part Time Seasonal Financial Aid Clerk Wharton County Junior College Salary: $11.91/Hour Job Type: Temporary Support Staff Part Time Location: Wharton Campus, 911 Boling Highway, Wharton, Texas Position Description: This position is a part time temporary position located on the WCJC Wharton Campus. Minimum Qualifications: This position requires six months of full time (or twelve months of part time) experience working in a financial aid office or the equivalent related office work experience. Accounting, bookkeeping, and good math skills are required. This position requires excellent clerical and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent written, oral communication, telephone skills, and a demonstrated ability to work well with others as part of a team. This position requires the capacity to work well within stressful situations, the ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks with frequent interruptions, strong organizational skills, an initiative towards completion of assignments, and excellent follow through skills on all assignments and projects. A criminal background check is also required.
