Boise State University invites interested applicants for the position of Ticket Services Coordinator. The successful applicant will become part of our team as we build a Metropolitan Research University of Distinction. The individual in this position will manage the Athletic Ticket Office in the areas of incoming/outgoing customer service, supervision of employees, security and cash handling procedures, processing of season tickets orders and individual tickets transactions for Baseball and select Olympic Sports. This person shares the event management ticket responsibilities for all sports with the Assistant Athletic Director of Ticket Services and Ticket Manager making decisions, solving customer complaints and supervising employees. Any violation of a conference or NCAA regulation, as well as those policies of the University, could cause dismissal of a participant or staff member, as well as, create negative publicity and/or conference or NCAA standings to the program and institution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Builds season events in the ticketing system for designated sports.
Works extensively with the Bronco Athletic Association and the public in selling ticket packages.
Utilizes database software to store, retrieve, compile and analyze data regarding season ticket holders.
Oversees the customer service training of all front line staff, including stewardship phone calls of current season ticket holders, former season ticket holders and single game ticket purchasers.
Organizes all away and post season ticket sales, communication and mailings.
Schedules, oversees and trains staff how to operate the computerized ticketing system and cash handling procedures.
Resolves customer complaints and problems regarding tickets sales and seating.
Manages individual home game inventory and player complimentary admissions for baseball and some Olympic sports
Contacts opposing schools for complimentary and consignment tickets for baseball and other select Olympic sports.
Be responsible for maintaining NCAA, Conference and Boise State Rules Compliance.
This position will be required to work nights and weekends and travel as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience with NCAA Rules and Regulations regarding compliance issues.
Knowledge of donor and booster relationship cultivation.
High level of customer service experience.
One (1) year of experience in similar type of work
Intercollegiate athletic ticketing experience
Cash handling procedures experience
Implementing and monitoring ticket sales experience
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
