Under the supervision of the Associate Director, FEMBA Program, the Program Assistant is a member of the Program Services professional staff responsible for delivering outstanding support and delivery of services for the Fully Employed MBA programs. Ensures that student questions, concerns, and requests are addressed in a timely manner. Ensures that the Associate Director and Executive Director are aware of student concerns; involve them as necessary and appropriate in resolution. In collaboration with other staff, responsible for supporting delivery of offsite admissions events, residentials, orientations, banquets, catering, graduation and other events and co-curricular activities. Must have outstanding communication and service skills to support experienced mid to senior level professional MBA students and faculty.

Salary: Hourly $19.54 Total Hours: 9-6, M-F Limited Appt Position, 100% This is a short-term limited appointment lasting approximately three months. Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Frequent nights, weekends and some offsite 4- to 7-day residentials, as required. Final candidate subject to background check.
