Reporting to the Director, Alumni Programs, the responsibilities of the Assistant Director, Alumni Programs include developing, delivering and managing strategic initiatives that strengthen and maintain the university’s ties to young alumni through targeted programming, events and volunteer management. The Assistant Director will develop annual and long-term engagement strategies and integrate this constituency within the larger cohort of alumni relations and fundraising efforts via comprehensive programming and communication expressly focused on this audience. This individual will collaboratively work other members of the Alumni Relations team, Annual Fund and University departments to achieve increased levels of engagement.
