The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) receives all incoming calls for maintenance and repair of medical equipment supported by Clinical Technology Services. The CSC greets customers, collects request information, asks clarifying questions, and dispatches service requests to technicians. The CSC coordinates service contract renewal and monitors contracted service work completion. The CSC orders and tracks repair parts and services.
The Customer Service Coordinator generates weekly and monthly custom reports on departments operations and equipment performance. The CSC is collaborative team member in performance improvement initiatives.
