We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical skills and personal warmth to provide:
Psychiatric outpatient diagnostic assessment and medication management
Individual coaching/counseling (offering flexible hours, including some evening appts)
Educational outreach activities: developing workshops/lectures directed at increasing resilience in physicians and enhancing professionalism in our academic medical center
Collaboration with clinical team on treatment plans, educational initiatives, research activities
In consultation with the Director of the Resident and Faculty Wellness Program, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical services 3 days a week (offering some evening appt. times), monitor emails and OHSU pager during off hours and respond in a timely fashion. PMHNP will participate in the RFWP\u2019s call coverage, on average, every 4 weeks, providing triage of emergency or urgent calls. Coverage will be shared with three staff psychologists and one psychiatrist.
