The Experiential Learning Programs Coordinator works under the general supervision of the Law Clinics Administrator and provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for all aspects of the Law School's Externship Program, the Pro Bono Program, and the Clinical Program and their Directors. The Experiential Learning Programs Coordinator assumes ownership of a broad range of responsibilities including program operations, communications, event coordination, and financial administration. The ideal candidate has successful experience collaborating and engaging with high-level executives, faculty, staff and students.The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, collaboratively, and communicate effectively. Excellent communication skills and follow-through are essential. The Programs Coordinator executes tasks in an intense and fast-paced work environment. The Experiential Learning Programs Coordinator must consistently exercise confidentiality, a high degree of initiative, independence, excellent judgment, flexibility in performing a wide variety of duties, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities while working well under pressure.
