As the Practice Plan Manager (PPM) for the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Clinics, responsible for financial oversight, operational procedures, facilities management, and quality improvement efforts for the Integrative Medicine Clinic. The PPM works in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations and the Medical Director to develop policies and procedures for clinical care with a focus on improving the patient experience. The PPM partners with ancillary support services throughout University to coordinate program development, electronic health record, call center, and performance improvement initiatives. The PPM will also coordinate affiliations and hospital service agreements. Responsible for adhering to organizational policies and procedures regarding the privacy of, and access to, patient health information in compliance with federal (HIPAA) and state laws and in accordance with privacy practices.
