eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health Company, has a great opportunity for a full-time Health Screening Coordinator. In this position the Health Screening Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Health Screening Department with processing and managing the set-up of our nation-wide biometric health screening events. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting in the planning, organizing, and managing of our health screening events from start to finish Create, maintain, and manage strict event deadlines Organizing event paperwork Effectively communicating with clients and increasing customer satisfaction Training of clients on our procedures General administrative work as needed Assist with answering the customer emergency phone line and resolve client/customer issues in a timely and professional manner POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Must be extremely detail oriented Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Excellent MS Office experience/skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Works well with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results Possess initiative and a general sense of urgency Have excellent problem-solving skills EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or 3 years of high-level Administrative or Project Coordinator experience This is a full-time opportunity and we offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), and a fun / casual work environment.
