Position Description: Seven-month maternity leave replacement. Position reports directly to the VP of Total Rewards. This position is responsible for about 20 sales compensation programs with primary responsibility for North America, but could consult on global issues. Responsible to collaborate with and serve members of the HR leadership staff (Director of Global Payroll and Benefits and VP-level HR Business Partners.) This position requires someone able to operate independently as well as part of a team.
Provide counsel to HR Generalists on individual, team and organizational issues.
Directly involved in sales compensation administration
Conducts periodic market research
Team responsible for
Annual and quarterly employee, management and sales incentive compensation administration and communication.
Annual focal date global merit program administration.
Administration of other reward programs, and compensation actions throughout the year (using established approval guidelines).
Produce accurate, timely information to organization leaders to drive discussion and decisions.
Ensure compliance (FLSA, SCA, CA Labor Standards, etc.).
