This position is for our new community care location in Encinitas. This site will include, but not limited to: Primary Care, Express Care, and basic imaging with an anticipated opening date of June 2019. Staff will be hired by April-May.
Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Practice Concierge primarily oversees, provides leadership, and training for all front end duties such as reception, call center, referral and authorizations, and other advanced administrative duties such as templates, office purchases, coaching, etc.
The Practice Concierge has oversight over his/her junior counterparts. The Practice Concierge serves as a resource for the entire department. With the guidance of the Clinic Manager, the Practice Concierge initiates and participates in improvement efforts which directly impact the practice. Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum of three (3) years previous related experience; skills, and extensive knowledge of practices, including one (1) year supervisory experience in a large complex healthcare setting.
One (1) year supervisory experience in a large complex healthcare setting.
Administrative lead; and front office administration experience.
Strong knowledge of computer programs to include Excel, PowerPoint, Graphs, Word, etc.
Possess the skills, and extensive knowledge of practices in Ambulatory setting.
Authorization and registration experience.
Urgent or Primary Care experience.
EPIC, ORSOS, PCIS, and IDX experience.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
