In partnership with the Chief Medical Officer, the Director of Quality and Compliance leads WTMF’s efforts to maintain continuous quality by standardizing processes and developing performance metrics.
Develops and updates WTMF’s quality procedures, standards and specifications.
Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program.
Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. Develops and oversees a system for uniform handling of such violations.
Coordinates evaluation, review and resolution of compliance issues/concerns within the organization.
Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and/or required.
Education: RN license and Bachelor’s degree required; master’s and CPHQ desired.
Experience: 5- 10 years’ experience in a healthcare organization preferably in ambulatory setting, to include demonstrated leadership. Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance and human resource procedures and regulations desired.
