Opening in the Summer of 2019, Pleasant View Emergency will provide excellent medical care in a fully equipped, freestanding facility for people who live and work in the city and surrounding neighborhoods.
This brand new Freestanding Emergency will feature 10 treatment rooms, with one room specifically designated for trauma and one room set apart for behavioral health needs. Experienced physicians, nurses and support teams from Ogden Regional will staff the ER, 24/7.

Pleasant View FSED Emergency Room Manager
Under the direction of the ORMC Director of the Emergency Department, the Nursing Manager is responsible for assisting the ED director in planning, administering, and evaluating the operations of the Emergency Department. Shares accountability for the standards and scope of nursing practice. The individual manages the flow of patients and information to expedite care, collaborating with the physicians. Demonstrates clinical competency and nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of patient care. Contributes to the Ogden Regional Department of Nursing and the nursing profession in a positive manner.
Current Utah RN license in good standing or RN license in a Compact State
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Healthcare Provider, TNCC and ENPC within one year or hire.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN (or track to completion) required, or plan to complete BSN within 3 years.
Minimum 2 years in a nursing supervisory position (including Clinical Supervisor role) with minimum 3 years clinical experience in an acute care emergency nursing setting.
