To support this program, a project coordinator is essential to facilitate the management of multiple aspects of the program. Key areas of focus for this position include; supporting the execution of the strategic plan, collecting and supporting the analysis of data and program metrics, coordination of projects developed in association with the implementation of the strategic plan.
The Key Responsibilities are:
1. Project Coordination - Facilitate and support strategic program projects, dashboards, and initiatives as assigned. Supports and drives improvements to positively achieve key performance improvement indicators relative to safety, quality, costs, productivity, through put, and cycle times.
2. Program Communication - Act as the single point of contact for program members. Facilitate appropriate internal communications, which includes maintaining the program\u2019s virtual communications platform as a project management tool to manage the work. Assisting in developing events and coordinating the communication tools that will inform the public about these events.
3. Coaching and Training - Provide change management suggestions to help ensure project goals can be realized by responsible and proactive planning. Help the Program Leadership set SMART (Specific, Measureable, Action-Oriented, Realistic, and Time-bound) goals for the program and projects. Develop proficiency in OPEx tools and methods and be able to coach effectively using these tools . Facilitate specific educational offerings by the program that will be coordinated through marketing and communications.
4. Training and Professional Development - Works to remain current on digital platforms, participates in teambuilding activities, and trains stakeholders on a variety of digital platforms as needed. Participates in professional development, team building, and special projects as assigned.
