Position is responsible for providing leadership in developing and administering policies, procedures, objectives, goals, budgets and measurement tools for the Cooperative's overall compliance, HR and benefit initiatives; property/risk management including worker's compensation/disability; privacy and security initiatives; safety/compliance including aspects of NERC; and facility management.
Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, as well as dispute/conflict resolution skills. Must possess a strong understanding of federal and state laws and regulations pertinent to all job functions including employment laws, NERC, OSHA, DOT and other applicable regulations.
Serve as Privacy Officer for the Cooperative.
