The CRM Administrator/Developer will serve as an essential part of the CRM Architecture Team, responsible for all technical aspects of the CRM platform including system configuration, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom code, ensuring the effective deployment of Gonzaga's enterprise-wide CRM solution.
The Developer will work closely with CRM Business Analyst, Product Manager and Architect, and subject matter experts to review business requirements and develop new functionality according to technical specifications for multiple business units: Admissions (Undergraduate, Graduate, Virtual Campus), Advancement, Marketing and Communications, Athletics, Academic Advising, Academic Units, Student Development, Financial Services, Career Services, Global Engagement, Library, and School-Based Units for Admissions and Advancement.
This role involves low- and high-level programming and the Developer will use a combination of configuration and application development to meet CRM business requirements as defined by functional users and other technical staff. The Developer will lead efforts related to the CRM's integration with other systems at Gonzaga, using third party integration tools. The Developer will hold responsibility for common data imports, ensuring the integrity of the data, aligned with Gonzaga's data governance standards. The Developer will build / run advanced queries and will manage security permissions for users. The Developer will manage all vendor software related maintenance and upgrades and will have oversight over change control and information security processes for the CRM solution. Gonzaga expects that the CRM Administrator/Developer will create detailed system documentation related to the CRM solution's development, aligned with guidelines from Gonzaga Information Technology Services (ITS).
