UCSF FRESNO CARDIOLOGY HEART FAILURE FACULTY POSITION
The UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program and Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG) are seeking an additional full-time faculty member for our expanding program. We are seeking a full time faculty at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level in Advanced Heart Failure with interest in establishing a Cardio-Oncology Program. Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in Cardiology and, Advanced Heart Failure, have competency in Left Ventricular Assist Device and California licensed or eligible to obtain a California license. The successful candidate must have excellent clinical and procedural skills and have completed an additional Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant Fellowship. They should be willing to actively participate in medical education and have experience and interest in clinical medicine. Faculty appointment with UCSF will be commensurate with the applicant s background and accomplishments. The UCSF Fresno Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology, has an accredited 3-year fellowship in cardiology and 1-year fellowship in Interventional Cardiology, and 1-year non-accredited Advanced Imaging Fellowship. The program is based in Fresno, California, where residents enjoy a high standard of living combined with a low cost of living.
