Ethics & Compliance is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures that serve to mitigate key risk areas for BD. The Senior Analyst, Ethics & Compliance role will focus on U.S. healthcare professional interactions including grants & donations and healthcare professional services arrangements, and will report to the Director of Compliance Operations, Ethics & Compliance.
Build positive relationships and partner with various functions to drive cross-functional compliance initiatives and meet evolving business needs.
Assist in developing eye-catching, effective training materials (PowerPoint presentations, handouts, guidance documents, etc.).
Assist in managing Ethics & Compliance process and electronic system for healthcare-related grants, donations and sponsorships. Help integrate this process and system into BD.
Assist with Ethics & Compliance process and electronic system for consulting arrangements with healthcare professionals and for clinical study or research support.
Help train and educate business clients on Ethics & Compliance policies, processes and systems, particularly in the area of interactions with healthcare professionals.
Assist with generation of reports from various systems for purposes of monitoring compliance with company policies.
Assist with development, implementation and continuous improvement of Ethics & Compliance policies, procedures and systems that drive compliant behavior, particularly in the area of interactions with healthcare professionals.
Other activities that help BD build and maintain an effective Ethics & Compliance program.
Process invoices for timely payments to healthcare professionals/healthcare organizations.
Education & Experience
At minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar function required.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University required with some experience (ideally in Communications, Marketing, Compliance, Program Management, Internal Audit, or Legal).
Must have experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., Medical Device/Pharma). Professional experience in Healthcare compliance is preferred.
