Summary of Duties: Serves as a writer, editor, and marketer for CAHNRS Communications. This position's responsibilities can be divided into distinct but related areas, 1) writing feature stories, news releases, email marketing content, and digital content, 2) editing written content, including peer-reviewed content that is destined for publishing, and 3) monitoring and regularly posting to social media platforms.
The position requires critically evaluating content to ensure its effectiveness.
This position communicates, both written and verbally, to conduct interviews for original content creation, and to assist authors in refining their own content.
Required Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in public relations, communications, marketing or other relevant field AND two (2) years of professional experience in print OR broadcast news media, public relations, marketing including the use of electronic media or two (2) years of other relevant professional experience.
