To provide project support and coordination in a range of HR areas to support the development of a robust HR infrastructure, processes and tools in the delivery of the business.
The HR Project Coordinator will support HR Business Managers with data gathering and analysis regarding Human Resources projects. Administer, track, and report on projects within the HR department including, but not limited to, data analysis, preparation of communications, and drafting or editing of Human Resources policies and guidelines. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements and presentations for Human Resources projects. Conduct project debriefs and propose recommendations to identify both successful and unsuccessful portions of the project. Identify and develop practices and procedures as requested. Performs other duties assigned.
Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources or Business related field and three (3) years of human resources and project related experience or the equivalent experience . Ability to work in cross-functionally within Human Resources as well as effectively interacts with other departments within the University. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and query reporting. Excellent organization, teamwork, problem-solving, presentation, customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills. Ability to work well with all organizational levels.
Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources or Business related field and five (5) years of human resources and project related experience. Experience in higher education with knowledge of human resources rules and regulations. Knowledge of Peoplesoft HCM functionality is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using PeopleSoft HCM or similar HCM system. Excellent organization, teamwork, problem-solving, presentation, customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills.
