The Naveen Jindal School of Management seeks to fill two Open Rank tenure-track positions in the Finance area. Our focus is on the candidates with significant research interests in areas such as (but not exclusively) Corporate Finance, Financial Intermediation, Household and Behavioral Finance. While our preference is for more seasoned candidates that have had the opportunity to develop a research record, we will consider rookies as well. Appointment will be at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, depending on the qualifications of the candidate.
The appointee must have an earned PhD in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline prior to the beginning of the Fall term of 2019. Candidates should demonstrate strong research skills and an existing (or potential) record of research and scholarly publications in refereed journals. The Jindal School of Management offers degrees at the PhD, Master’s and Undergraduate levels.
Appointments will be effective August 1, 2019. Salary and research support will be competitive. Applicants should submit letters of application, educational philosophy, and research interest, complete curriculum vitae (including educational history, teaching, research, pertinent work experience, and a list of publications and presentations); an example of at least one publication or research paper; and the names and contact information for at least three professional references.
