This individual will be responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of UCSD Health's B2B & Intranet websites on our SharePoint CMS platforms. The B2B Web Manager uses Internet-based technologies and strong project management to help develop, manage and maintain public B2B websites as well as governance of internal sub-sites within a large corporate intranet website (Pulse). To maintain the standardization and consistency in branding, usability, compliance, accessibility, and find-ability (for our visitors to locate desired information) are the primary goals for the B2B/intranet websites.
Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration; or related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
A minimum of three (3+) or more years of relevant experience - website management.
Experience and proven success in fundamentals of design and user experience, including skill to design in an appealing, lively and relevant way.
Experience in fundamentals of content strategy, website design, maintenance, documentation, troubleshooting and usability.
Ability to work collaboratively with an internal project teams, external vendors and internally with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and balance multiple projects occurring simultaneously.
Experience with monitoring and understanding of website analytics with the ability to report on trends, goal conversions and if key performance indicators (KPIs) are being met.
Website governance skills with branding, compliance, accessibility and/or style guides.
Thorough experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Office, Visio and Project is a must.
Must have project management experience with understanding of deliverables, timelines and milestones
Experience with Analytics and Maintenance programs: Google Analytics, SiteImprove & FormStack
Experience in website coding with HTML5, CSS3 & XML
Experience in event calendaring solutions: Constant Contact or Trumba
Detailed understanding of Web development methodologies and processes from concept through launch.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
