eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health Company, is one of the nation's top Biometric Health Screening organizations headquartered in San Antonio, TX.
This infrastructure role is part of the IT Solutions Architecture team and will participate in the planning, organizing, and enhancement of the workflow and content for our health screenings applications. This role interfaces & collaborates with our Sales, Training, Customer Service, Project Management, IT, Staffing, Data Entry, and Health Screenings Leadership teams.
Collaboration with all levels of the organization to ensure that applications, technologies, and systems are appropriately designed & implemented to meet identified business needs within the Health Screenings Line of Service (LOS)
Partnership and alignment with relevant IT leaders/departments beyond the local IT team to ensure health screenings applications are supported and operating effectively
Implementation and support of utilization, integration, and optimization activities related to health screenings applications and technologies within the LOS
Maintains oversight of all IT projects and resource allocations for the LOS to ensure business needs are being prioritized and met efficiently & transparently
Collaboration in partnership with other IT and business teams to standardize and streamline health screenings applications & processes in alignment with Standards & Governance policies and procedures
Collaboration with the business teams on the design, development, and execution of education/training materials to support end user training for health screenings applications and technologies
Manages IT vendor relationships, including evaluating performance, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts as needed
Partners with the larger IT organization and business teams to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and IT stakeholder for the health screenings applications & technologies.
Plans, prioritizes, directs, and schedules IT projects and assignments for the LOS
Provides LOS-specific data, trends, and analyses to senior leadership when requested to assist with delineation of business and/or operational needs
Participates in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff
Manages staff by conducting staff meetings, providing constructive feedback, and evaluating performance during regular one-on-one sessions
Serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff
Ensures staff operate according to principles of service excellence when interacting with end users and other stakeholders
Resolves complex issues and requests
Actively supports and promotes health screening applications utilization and best practice usage
Serves as a liaison between IT and both internal & external customers
Participates in special projects as needed

Minimum seven (7) years of experience, at least three (3) years of which is in the healthcare industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience requiredExperience must include increasingly responsible experience in managing large, complex projects, teams, and activities with a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership abilities including the ability to motivate and lead in a highly complex and rapidly changing environment
Exceptional communication skills including experience communicating and collaborating with all levels of staff including direct reports, senior leaders, business partners, and vendors to ensure productivity, efficiency, and service excellence.
Demonstrated ability to establish and build strong relationships across a broad range of personality types
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clinical and information technology personnel verbally and in writing
Mature understanding of the applications relevant to the LOS
An understanding, enthusiasm, and commitment to LOS goals
Ability to delegate tasks and enlist the cooperation and/or assistance of others either inside or outside of the immediate team
Experience in leading complex projects
