Actively engaging in clinical practice as an employee of OHSU at OHSU Hospitals and Clinics (collectively, \u201cHospital\u201d and, except as otherwise provided in this paragraph 7 of the \u201cClinician Employment Agreement,\u201d not otherwise)
Complying with the bylaws, resolutions, policies and standards of OHSU in effect and as may be amended from time to time.
Participating in and complying with the OHSU Faculty Practice Plan (\u201cFPP\u201d)
Maintaining a good standing license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon and any other jurisdiction where licensure is necessary in order for a Clinician to perform the professional services contemplated hereunder and to maintain medical staff privileges at the Hospital
It is anticipated that the position will be made up of the following components: 75% Clinical; 15% Research/Service; 10% Teaching
