The Administrative Associate III provides general staff support to the Dean s Office and the Senior Administrative Coordinator.
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Three years of related experience in general office or clerical work.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programs.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Keyboarding skills. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.

Good organizational, computing, and communication skills.
Provide general staff support to the Dean s Office by handling phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, reviewing and forwarding incoming calls and processing incoming mail.
This position is also responsible for scheduling and preparing conference rooms and planning Dean's Office meetings and events.
Responsible for maintaining office supplies and coordinating supplies for special events.
Assist the Senior Administrative Coordinator with special projects. Other duties as assigned.
