Provide Administrative Support essential to the efficient daily operations of the Office for International Student & Scholars.
Typically a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. The incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.
Minimum 2 years in administrative support experience in higher education or experience in progressively responsible positions. Desired: cross-cultural experience in student affairs. Previous experience with international student services office in a higher education setting is preferred.
Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral) evidenced by background in preparing comprehensive reports and executive summaries incorporating complex, highly technical information.
Highly developed organizational skills.
Demonstrated computer competency and preferably knowledgeable of Microsoft office (Powerpoint and excel), webcasts, internet and web development systems.
