In this leadership role for one of the largest radiation therapist staff in the country, the (Administrative) Director is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the department as well as strategic planning. This includes overall operations, administration, personnel, operating budget, and business office functions from a multi-site perspective. Additionally, the Director will collaborate with Division leadership on strategic planning inclusive of marketing, expansion, and outreach initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience with eight years of clinical experience with two of the eight in a management position of direct patient care activities. A Baccalaureate Degree in Radiation Therapy or a related health science; ARRT Certified; licensed as a Medical Radiologic Technologist.
