About the Position If you answered yes, then Clear Dermatology & Aesthetics Center is looking for you! This busy and respected cosmetic and medical dermatology practice is looking for an innovative and motivated individual who can lead and develop our talented team and spearhead the continued growth of our practice. The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience in strategic planning and business development; a history of producing high-quality, efficient clinical teams; finance and revenue cycle management skills; proven operational expertise; and regulatory and compliance management abilities. This position will work in conjunction with the Physician Owner in overseeing all facets of the practice.

About the Practice With two locations in Scottsdale, Clear Dermatology & Aesthetics Center offers patients a full spectrum of services, including medical and cosmetic dermatology, Mohs surgery, clinical trials, and aesthetic services. Led by board certified, fellowship-trained dermatologist Brenda LaTowsky, MD our team of dermatologic physicians, mid-level providers, and staff, are all committed to providing patients with the most advanced, evidence-based dermatologic care. We have created a professional, private, and caring patient care environment, that is complimented by our positive, teamwork-oriented work culture.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Baccalaureate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or similar. Master's degree preferred.
A minimum five years' practice management experience in a medical office setting, preferably in dermatology, or aesthetic medicine.
Strong financial background/experience specific to private practice, including billing systems, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial management and reporting, POS systems, and retail product inventory management.
Demonstrated experience in human resource management, performance optimization and administration of payroll systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of practice operations, including patient scheduling, office efficiency, EMR and patient management systems and marketing.
In-depth knowledge of compliance, personnel law, workplace safety, HIPAA, OSHA and other regulatory issues pertaining to a medical practice and retail skin care.
Thorough grasp of the revenue cycle management, including cash pay/self- pay and reimbursement perspectives, within a private medical practice; dermatology or medical aesthetics experience highly valued.

Aptitude for anticipating critical issues and offering solutions to practice owner and staff.
Able to perform at a high level with minimal supervision, as well as under direct supervision.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
